If you’re not completely satisfied with your FLOW experience, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.

Simply reach out to us at support@nahuaflow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

📦 Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately — we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

🌍 International Orders

Our return and refund policy also applies to international orders. However, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
